Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Saling Hubung customer support platform available at hub.salingsae.id (the "Service"), operated by Saling Hubung ("we", "our", "us"). By accessing or using the Service, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

1. Description of the Service

Saling Hubung is an integrated customer support platform that enables customers, guests, and support staff to submit, track, and resolve support tickets across multiple offices. The Service includes ticket management, real-time tracking, a knowledge base, SLA monitoring, notifications, and reporting.

2. Accounts and Registration

• You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering an account.
• You are responsible for safeguarding your login credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account.
• You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account at saya@salingsae.id.
• We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you will not:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of applicable law.
• Submit false, misleading, defamatory, abusive, or harassing content.
• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation.
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other users' accounts, or related systems.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or overload the Service, or transmit malware, viruses, or other harmful code.
• Scrape, reverse engineer, or copy the Service or its underlying software.
• Use automated means to submit tickets, inquiries, or other content without authorization.

4. User Submissions

You retain ownership of the content you submit to the Service. By submitting content, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to store, process, transmit, and display that content solely as necessary to provide the Service. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of your submissions.

5. Service Availability

We aim to keep the Service available at all times but do not guarantee that it will be uninterrupted or error-free. The Service may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, upgrades, or factors beyond our control. Any specific service level commitments are governed by separate agreements.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, logos, text, and other content, is owned by Saling Hubung or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from the Service without our prior written consent.

The Service may contain links to third-party websites or resources. We are not responsible for the content, products, or services of any third party, and such links are provided for your convenience only.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Saling Hubung shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or business opportunity, arising out of or in connection with your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim related to the Service shall not exceed the amounts you paid, if any, for the use of the Service.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Saling Hubung and its personnel harmless from any claims, losses, liabilities, and expenses arising out of your use of the Service, your violation of these Terms, or your infringement of any rights of a third party.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service, in whole or in part, at any time for conduct that we reasonably believe violates these Terms or is otherwise harmful to the Service or other users. You may stop using the Service at any time.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Jakarta, Indonesia.

We may revise these Terms from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
